The data we analyze to maximize comfort and savings is owned by the homeowner. If the homeowner elects (Opt-in policy), they can share that data with us and we will perform deeper analysis on it (over months and years of data). These additional analytics are not needed for the core functionality of the system, but offer additional benefits to our customers (HVAC Health for example).
